Equipment: Xetron XCN Console, Maxi 12XPC Automation, Newer Strong Switcher (000015) model running on single phase 220
Century SA, CP500, BACP Analog Reverse Scan Reader, Cat 702 Penthouse. No platter 6,000 foot reels

Where is the best place to insert the output of terminal 4 from a later model strong switcher into a Xetron XCN Console with a MAXI 12 XPC automation so that it power the interlock switches and automation and then tap the output back out so I can connect it to terminal six?

I did try to find an output that switched 120v with the automation that I could just connect to terminals 5 and 6 but could not find anything that wasnt being used.

Right now we have left 2 and 5 jumpered as we are running the fans and etc from another source.

FYI- This console was originally configured for an IREM. The owner installed the switcher and has it running with just the 2-5 and 4-6 jumpered but there is no automation control obviously he has to use the 220 breaker to turn the lamp off.

FYI2- This console came from the West Boylston Cinema World in Massachusetts and is in immaculate shape and had been very well taken care of.

FYI 1: It's very easy.

FYI 2: Use the lamp automation terminals on the Maxi 12 to complete the circuit on the terminals on the Wrong Switcher so it turns on and off. The Maxi 12 manual lamp switch will also turn the rectifier on and off.

There, wasn't that easy?

thats what I thought but wanted to make sure it wasn't looking for a dry contact

Well, it is actually a dry contact you want. If the present automation lamp house contacts are being used for some other stuff you can always hang a relay in there to do the switching.
