Does datasat still do the replacement on these? its on a 70 one. i put my meter on it it reads 2.7 volts pod is turned all the way up. its the one that i would borrow from the heights when i would run 70 here at the willow creek, i have my own now. when i gave it back to him to run vertigo on his reel to reel set up ,he had problems with it almost losing time code, but then he gave it back to me,to run cuz i'm still running batman to test it ,it worked fine for me ,but i know it should be 4 volt.

I used to rebuild those but it is a special LED that can only be gotten in quantities of 1000. Magnate have I believe also rebuilds them...

Thanks Mark for the info, is that the company that also calls them self MTE. I did buy a 70 reader from them looks like they take part of a 35 & put a spacer block behind it. it worked great & the price was right
