Hello everyone,
I'm in need of some advise: I've just acquired a set of 57.5mm HD Plus Isco's and they have the standard F stop rings installed that brings them to F2.1 Without these, they're f 1.85. These rings are rather petite, red in color and have 2 tiny holes diagonally of each other visible. How does one remove these rings in a secure manner without any chance of damage? Thank you for your help.

Seesh! I just bought one of those spanners as I needed to work on some Canon AE-1's recently. Its a pretty decent tool, although the ends on mine were not exactly the same.It still worked for what I needed to do.

Ahaaaa...! Thanks Peter that's exactly what I need. Ordered one from China. Does'nt have to be "Snap-On" quality, but product looks quite decent and for around $8.00 one is out of the woods!

It's been a long time since I've used those stop down rings, but that type of tool works fine. It's also very good at tightening those lens element rings which love to work loose.

Although mine is more regularly used on old camera lenses nowadays.
