Are replacement clutch pads for Kelmar Rewinders still available? Can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier?

While it has been several years since I last ordered any 35mm replacement parts, in 2015 I needed a number of Kelmar rewind system and audio components, and all were still available. I contacted Kelmar directly to confirm availability and ordered from a dealer.
