Cinema Operations Manager

Palladium Entertainment Group (a new entertainment upstart) is now accepting applications for Cinema Operations Manager for our first complex – to be located in the Birmingham, Alabama market (2005). The Palladium is being designed by America’s leading entertainment architectural firm GouldEvans and will be a one-stop entertainment destination combining first-run movies, bowling and video arcade with redemption center. In addition, The Palladium will feature food service from two nationally branded concepts and a regional full-service restaurant. The Palladium will anchor a 22 acre mixed-use development featuring retail, office, residential, entertainment and restaurant space.

Cinema Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for the 14 screen multiplex and work under a General Manager and alongside a Food & Beverage Manager and Bowling Operations Manager.

Position is salaried with benefits and bonuses. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years prior management experience. We are looking for a “people person” who is passionate about providing the best out-of-home entertainment experience possible. Our managing partner is a filmmaker – and as such, is committed to building and equipping the “best” theatre in the region.
