Seeking someone interested in learning to service and install projection and sound systems. The right person is not an experienced technician, but has worked as an operator in a multi/mega-plex and is competent in normal booth operations. This means you can run projection systems, build-up/tear-down, etc. It’s helpful if you know how to change a xenon lamp and perform minor maintenance, such as replacing belts. However, if you know too much more than that, your “knowledge” could make you unsuitable for this position, as it only requires good projection and sound basics.
We are only interested in individuals with a solid character and strong work ethic, which we value over experience. However, you must be trainable, which means eager and capable of learning and comfortable working with your hands. You must also be able to work an entry-level position, which means entry-level pay of between $12 and $14 per-hour. You need to be a detail-oriented, conscientious type of person who is interested in doing a good job. Although this position is for someone currently living in the Los Angeles area, it does require extensive travel and considerable overtime.
So if you or someone you know is interested please call Royce at: 800-949-1044 x1
Thanks!
