Assistant management positions in Southern California (Orange County/south Los Angeles County).

Position 1
Operations management in a high volume discount theatre (multiplex).

Basic responsibilities include:
Opening/closing of theatre (extremely flexible schedule)
Supervision/education of staff
Fulfillment of corporate paperwork and procedures.
Cash handling
Ensuring superior customer service and operations excellence.

Position 2
As above, but including the added responsibility of refining projection operations.

Extra duties include:
Full training/retraining of projection staff
Establishing quality booth operations standards and procedures.
Working with corporate office and technician to improve equipment quality/function.
Maintaining corporate and contracted paperwork.
General booth and facility maintenance.

The right candidate, for either position, will have numerous opportunities for growth and advancement. We are a rapidly growing, nation wide, chain that is backed by a “big” industry name. In addition to our existing theatres (both discount and first run) and future sites around the country, there are concrete plans for expansion in Southern California.
