Spotlight Theatres is looking for a qualified professional individual to manage one of our first run Movie Theatres in Riverdale, GA.

General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the theatre including but not limited to: guest services, facilities maintenance, payroll management, keeping expenses within established budget, marketing the theatre to increase business, staff development, recruiting, concession product quality, inventory control, sales and maintaining Spotlight’s standard for excellent film presentation. Duties may also include assistant manager, floor staff, and or projection responsibilities as determined by business needs.

Applicants must have 3 years previous Management experience. Theatre or restaurant industry is strongly preferred, but not required. High school diploma required. College degree is preferred.
