I have a single screen theatre in Houghton Lake, MI. I am looking for an experienced in state tech. for service and maintenance. We always pay our bills on time. Can be on demand or will look at service contracts also.

We would need 1 to 2 PM calls per year for any cleaning and software or firmware updates, along with emergency service within 24 hours if something breaks.

We have an NEC NC2000C, GDC server, USL processor. We also have a Simplex XL, but will be rarely used and likely will not require any service that we cannot perform ourselves. We do not need service at this time as the equipment is all brand new, but would like to have someone lined up if needed.

Seeing if there is anyone out there besides STS before we sign a service contract.
