The Field Services Technician will work closely with the Sr. Director, Client Services and Vice President, Technical Services to support D3D Cinema’s growing client base. The Field Services Technician will be responsible for providing clients with technical support including but not limited to:
• Remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Preventative maintenance visits
• Emergency maintenance visits
• VR installations and events
• Site surveys
• Product demonstrations
• Theater Installations
• Product trainings
While the key function of the Field Services Technician is to provide superior technical support, it is equally important that this position upholds the high standard of customer service that D3D Cinema customers expect. The Field Service Technician should be able to accurately address technical issues while providing stellar customer service.
