Does anybody know if there's a standard for operating level out of a DVD player that has a 6 channel analog output?

I have a Philips DVD 953AT21 and want to connect it to a CP650 but want to be sure I don't damage anything!

Is there a standard for this sort of thing?

Usually -10 db and unbalanced (consumer line level)
