Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon will be opening Sept. 23 in both IMAX and IMAX 3D. The film, which tells the stories of the 12 men to have walked on the moon during the Apollo missions, reenacts many of those key moments using actors, greenscreen, and extensive CGI, combined with never before seen archival footage from NASA. Some of the best filmmakers in large format are working on this film, including Sean Phillips and Tim Sassoon. Click here to read the production notes (pdf file)

This one I like to see, but with the closure of the “Sheridan” “IMAX” hear in Bournemouth, looks like I’ll have to wait for a DVD “IMAX” version to be realised.

Seen the trailer and I like it, "Man must explore…"

Andy,
So why not travel to London to see the film?
