Hi All,

Just wondered if any of you in the known Cinema people know if the BFI London Imax is showing in gloriious 15 perf 70mm Imax a Print of Dunkirk in July? The Odeon website that sells the tickets doesn't say. In70mm lists venues in various places but none in the UK

My Last hit of 70mm was Quentins Hatefull Eight in the Leicester Square Odeon but just noticed the Prince Charles Theatre is playing a new print of 2001 a space odyseey so if I cannot see Nolans new effort I might book a trip and see it there.

I'm planning a trip to London and if Dunkirk isn't going to show in 70mm anywhere then I might make alternative plans and see 2001 a space odyssey instead anyone know if there borowing the new print an american cinema paid for themselves?

Best Regards

It's a bit early and as far as I'm aware tickets aren't on sale anywhere for it. They will almost certainly play it in the way Nolan intends.

Oh Goody!! [Smile]

Anyone know what the release date will be and if they'll have some nice props from the film in the foyer like they did with Interstella?

Also how early could I book tickets on the Odeon film line?

Best Regards

Gareth

I saw the 6 minute intro before Rogue One 70mm there which was on 70mm so I don't see why they wouldn't do it in 70mm.

I saw it at the BFI IMAX last week. Mid afternoon show, packed house and an absolutely flawless presentation.
