This is what popup in Barco Communicator.

If i push the button for Scope the pictures show on the screen in Flat size. And if i push Flat button the pictures getting even smaller. And i have to manual zoom the pictures and and maunal the focus to let the movie fill the all the screen in scope.

In short, scope and flat are not in the default size on the screen. Both too small. I have try to send the size again to the projector.. And that is not working.

Is there a chance you have a manual zoom projector? I know that the auto zoom is not standard.

Sounds like your lens files either haven't been set up right or have lost their settings.

I know I'm getting the same error on one of my barco's but my tech has checked the files for setup and they are correct and so is the image but the error still shows.

update - seems I'm hearing that barco's have a bit of a rep for losing lens settings. After remaking lens files again we haven't had a problem in some. others lost them yet again a couple of weeks after the last lens file remake.
