Anyone else doing this? I've noticed the "live" transmission is good, but not perfect sound-wise. The recordings add more little sound glitches. Would like to hear if anyone else is having similar issues.

We screened the last two, 'Phedre' and 'All's Well That Ends Well,' but these were delayed by approximately a week (as live would be very impractical here) and supplied on Hard Drive. The picture and sound quality were very good, however they didn't really take off here and I don't think we are booked for 'Nation.'

What is NT Live?

NT Live is National Theater from London. Usually not actually Live unless you live in Europe. We do it here, and you have to remember this is still their testing season, similar to what the Met did 3 years ago. Thats why they are not broadcasting that many of them. They should improve.

Yes, and fed from satellite.
Here's the link.
NT Live
"Nation" is the performance that just passed. I watched most of it. (Someone is supposed to monitor the entire broadcast). It was good, but I would have expected more out of National Theater. Of course when I think of National Theater I think of Shakespeare, and more aged and time tested material.
