I am curious with the digital cinema rollout just how well covered the US is in terms of a technician being within 4 hours'ish of land travel to get to a site. (Anyone can fly from anywhere to anywhere with reasonable speed, so lets just keep this to driving only.)
You don't have to be an official employee of a service company to list here, just please format it like I will in the following post.

Based in the Dallas, Fort Worth area we can get to Houston, Austin, Abilene, Shreveport and Oklahoma City within about 4 hours. Slightly more takes us into Tulsa, Little Rock, San Antonio, etc.
