I am curious with the digital cinema rollout just how well covered the rest of the world (non-USA) is in terms of a technician being within 4 hours'ish of land travel to get to a site. (Anyone can fly from anywhere to anywhere with reasonable speed, so lets just keep this to driving only.)

You don't have to be an official employee of a service company to list here, just please format it like this.
