I've noticed on one of our CP2000Z's that the image appears to have a slight vertically squeezed appearance on the right side. In other words, the height of the image is slightly shorter. Its in both flat and scope, but more noticeable on scope. Is there a way to adjust the image via the projector software? And yes I do have access to enter the software.

Sounds like someone attempted to write a custom screen file for you and screwed up. Don't go in and mess with existing files and macros. Try building a new macro on another button with the standard scope screen file and see if it looks ok then. If it still looks squeezed then I suspect a projector issue, if it looks good then you have a badly written file that needs to be corrected. Before attempting to correct existing macros back up the projector config. This will allow you to restore it the way it is now in case you happen to make matters worse.
