Of course both NATO and MPAA websites turn out to be useless on this question...approximately how many installed/running DCI compliant screens are there currently in the US? I'm not interested in 2008 or 2009 or where it will be in 2012. Anybody got any good data on this? Thanks!

I guess some Digital laboratory like Deluxe or Technicolor may answer you pretty easily: to generate KDMs, they have to maintain an DCI screen database that must be pretty exact.

Hope one of these day, an open and public database will arise...
