Help needed please!

We have the Xpand Active 3D Glasses at our venue. Currently we are investigating the security tag system, it is really unreliable and we are losing quite a few. It's only going off a small percentage of the time. We are not sure if it's the tags or the detection system which is at fault. But you are unable to get into the glasses to change the tags.

Does anyone have any info on this at all?
