When booting the DSS200, most of the time the keyboar is dead.
We need 3 (or somtimes mer) reboots to get the keyboard working.

5 different keyboard (both PS/2 and USB) have the same problem.
The mouse is OK.

Any sugestion what to look for.

Hardware:
Dolby DSS200 server
NEC NC2000C Projector
XPAND 3D

Tried unplugging/plugging it in?

Tried a different physical USB port?

Not come across this glitch myself.

I guess this is a hardward ware problem only dolby can help you with.

Never had that one before. Is this a new server or a 'older' one?

It's new (Oct 2010), and the keyboard-problem existed from the start.

You should return it so contact them to swap the server.
Or contact your installer - technician who needs to take care of it.

Why have you put up with it for so long?

Have you actually tried a different keyboard?
