We just installed a new Doremi IMB / ShowVault on a 4K NEC. The only problem is, unlike every other DCP2000 we have, VNC access (port 5900) appears to be blocked on the new machine, we ran several port scanners and always got the same result.
Does anyone know how to open a port on Doremi's Debian firewall?
