We currently have Kodak JMN3000 servers, and as you all know, Kodak is no longer supporting these players. We have been told they simply won't work with series 2 projectors due to the change from 2IP addresses (series 1)to 1 IP address (series 2)
We're looking at a few door stops if this is the case ..... Does anyone have any info/ideas on if this is true or not?

It is even more complicated than that. Series II uses a different Cinelink II encryption system (TLS). When series II machines came out, all of the server companies had to scramble to get the systems to work. So if Kodak is not supporting them, they are going to be stuck in series 1 land, forever.

I can confirm that. Unfortunately there is no solution, either you keep your Series 1 projector or you switch to a different server.
