In 2 of our digital houses occasionally the light cues to a Kelmar Showcase dimmer are missed.

On the DSS200 our GPIO settings are for 500 milliseconds for the lighting. I wanted to see what length anyone else is using and if raising the it to 750 or 1 second might make a difference.

My only concern would be could raising it to long do any damage.

Raising the cue length on a dimmer will not hurt it at all. Now for changeover dowsers, too long of a signal can overheat or burn it up, but that's not what we're talking about here.

If raising the cue length doesn't work, you need to check to see if there is a grounding or noise issue on the control lines to the dimmer.
