Good Day All,

I seem to be having troubles with my show store, I am getting ERRORS on my VIDEO and LINK Encryption and on the main screen it says Error Securing Connection To Projector.

We have checked all cables and have made sure that everything is connected properly and everything is working.

I have the WUI of my projector(Christie 2000ZX), and all IP addresses are correct.

Any help/advise would be appreciated.

Here are my System Details;

Dolby Digital Cinema
Show Manager Version 2.2.8.0
System 3.2.11.4

Your software is absurdly out of date. You need to get a Dolby certified technician in there to bring your system up to current standards first.
