Would anyone know details about what actually went wrong at the New York Film Festival's screening of Brian De Palma's Passion?

Yes, I've read the blogs -- no hard details in there. I'd like to know what kind of setup the venue in question has. Whether it was indeed KDM-related. Was the system fried? Etc. pp.

On the chance that it was not merely related to out-of-time-window there might be a thing or two we all can learn from this. Thanks in advance.
