Hi Everyone,

I have Christie 2000ZX projector, Dolby CP750 processor and I want to project Sony Playstation 3 on the movie screen. I have picture but no sound. Tried getting sound by connecting from playstation to non sync imput ports on CP 750 to no avail.
Any ideas,

The 750 can process Dolby Digital AC3. You need to tell the PS3 that you have an HDMI cable but you want the audio through the optical output. Go to SETTINGS and change the relevant options in the audio menu. Make sure you enable the bitstream and not any of the HD audio streams that are not compatible neither the optical output nor the CP750 can handle. And tell the PS3 that you do not have a DTS decoder! [Smile]

Or you can just buy a TOSLink cable.. that worked great. The Dolby CP750 has an input on the back for this, and the PS3 has an output..
