Are you in control of the machine you need the certificate for? I guess you mean the certificate fpr the IMS?
Download a Certificate:
1. Insert a USB flash drive in the USB port on the side of the touch panel controller (TPC).
2. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
3. Tap General > Settings.
4. Tap Certificate.
5. Select a certificate to download.
6. Tap Download. The certificate is saved as SM.perm or Log.perm.

Where can I find and download the Solaria's certificates for KDM generation?
Posted by Carsten Kurz (Member # 5396) on 08-30-2013, 03:09 PM:
Written above. This is only for Solaria ONE(+), since it contains an IMS. The certificate is for the server/media block, not the projector.

I'm sorry, I haven't made myself clear. I am not in control of the machine since I'm not the exhibitor. I am just trying to generate KDMs for a movie theater equipped with a Solaria, so, I would like to know how can I request the certificate for the server (IMS, not the projector).
Maybe FTP? Or a Christie support customer email? Anyone can help me?
I'm sorry if this is off-topic.

Someone in control of this specific projector should be able to execute the procedure written above and send the certificate to you.
I guess if you get the serial number of the IMS, Christie should be able to supply it as well. Usually the server manufacturers keep databases of certificates which can be looked up by serial number.
