dear all i have exported a playlist to a dcp ( format is raw not ntfs) this dcp could not be opened with windows 7 or else when i connect the dcp to the pc only show format disk and on the server displays the movie and the playlist is there anyway to remove the playlist without losing the movie

Are you speaking of a DCP export from a cinema server (like Dolby, Doremi, GDC etc.), or did you create a DCP on a Desktop computer?

Typical cinema distribution drives are Linux/ext2/ext3 formated. A typical windows machine can not see the data on it (not without additional drivers). But the cinema server (or another linux machine) will see it.

I also didn't understand this question but i guess that this hdd is formated to ext2/ext3 (this kind of partition tables are not readable by Windows OS and thus it shows RAW partition table).
I will give a shoot to Ext2Fsd (google for this) program which can mount linux partitions into Windows systems (tested on win7/win8/winxp - both x32 and x64)

i was ingesting a dcp on doremi dcp 2000 while ingesting i have exporeted a playlist not on a usb flash but on the same dcp i tried to ingest the dcp on another server i got both movie came on the dcp + the playlist exported on the same dcp
can i delete the playlist

Which server you are using?

You can mount this HDD on the server as R/W (for this you will probably need root/administrator account password) and then delete SPL file. Otherwise you can use some program like i mentioned Ext2Fsd to mount this HDD onto windows and then delete SPL which will be easier if you are not familiar with OS which is loaded to you dcinema server.

Nope. You have to mount HDD in R/W mode but for this job you will need root password.

procedure is next:
1. plug-in HDD
2. open terminal
3. type next command

su <enter>
type-in root password when asked <enter>
mount -o rw,remount /media/usb0/ <enter>
(this is in case you are using front usb port) - do not close terminal
4. now open File manager/File explorer (i can not remember how it is called exactly because i'm always using terminal)
5. go to /media/usb0/ folder and find file which you wish to delete (filename will be UUID which will be indicated in Content Manager in control panel)
6. delete file
7. go again to the terminal and type
unmount
8. close terminal and file explorer and unplug drive from server
9. that's all
