All: One of the Christie Solara one Plus projectors we have has an error on te screen that says: Projector has lost ICP and IMB connection. They have rebooted the prjector and server both times without success. What else should we look at here?

I always pull the power cord from the projector so it can reboot from cold off without any battery back up.
30 seconds and plug it back in.

Had a similar issue with a CP2210 last month (brand new unit) but it was just ICP errors.

I unlatched and reseated the ICP card with the projector plugged in (but not powered on) a few times. I did NOT unlock the security "cage" to do this. (Of course the board did not fully unseat, but the action fixed the issue.) (This on advice from Christie Tech support.)

Be aware that this will most likely trip the security system's switch (it did in my case) so have the marriage password handy before you try it. [Smile] (If the integrated IMB Solaria One + requires IMB to projector marriage.)

Turns out ours was a power supply issue. A Tech from Christie was dispacthed and got us all fixed up.
