Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone has had an issue with non sync not being able to output into the screen.we recently redid 1 of our screens here & have replaced the cp65 with a cp750.the problem i am having is when i connect my non sync device to the processor i can see that the input is there via the screen at the front but i am not getting any output.i have connected the laptop to the cp750 & have run the dolby cp750 setup program & have setup the non sync input for format 60 nonsync. With the program running i can see that the inputs are running fine via the graph bar on the program but i have no output. This is a new piece of kit for me so I am probably missing out on doing something simple but i am at a los as to what it is so any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Pete

There a trim setting on the NS page, maybe it's set to minimum? But you still should have some (low) sound coming out of the unit. If you see activity on the display, unless you're muted you should have output. Are the relevant channels working? Can you output pink noise through them?

Try reloading the CP750 firmware into the processor. You may have a defective one.
