I want to setup a Xbox 360 E to a Christie CP2200 i have picture but how do we handle sound? We have Model jsd-100 cinema processor. As the xbox uses Hdmi for sound. Do i need to get a Hdmi splitter?
Thank you for any help?

Unless the xbox has another audio output, you need the HDMI audio splitter. The digital audio signal would go to a processor s/pdif input. I don't know what decoding would be best, experiment?

Also - if you have an IMB then the audio should be passed thru from the IMB HDMI input out to the IMB audio output so just play the sound as if it was a movie.

I may be incorrect here as I haven't worked with the JSD-100 that much but if it has a toslink input (which I believe it does) then you can get a cable for the xbox which splits the HDMI for video and uses toslink for optical audio out, which you can run direct to the JSD-100 and play it that way.

Xbox 360 E has no TOSLINK output anymore.
There are cheap HDMI->audio extractors available now. Some of them convert to S/P-DIF or TOSLINK.
E.g. http://www.amazon.com/AGPtekŪ-SPDIF-Extractor-Converter-output/dp/B00ECTHIKK/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1395571579&sr=1-3&keywords=hdmi+audio+extractor
