You should contact GDC technical support...they will get you whatever you need. They can also remote in and configure a replacement IMB to keep your serial number constant for KDM purposes.

Yes! They CAN configure the replacement IMB BEFORE it is shipped to you if you ask them do do that. If they did not them the only way is for them to remote in and do it. If you do not have remote access then you should either send the one back you have so they can correctly identify it (Certificate) for use with your present server or just order a second IMB and return the first one.
