Hi everyone,

I have a problem need to help people, Now if i want to download software form barco, how can do it ?
Before I usually download at https://my.barco.com but now i don't see file to download.

What software do you want to download? The Communicator software is usually freely available. Go to the barco.com site, locate your projector and click on "Technical Downloads" and then on "Application Software".

Barco has a new support website. The my.barco.com login used a username/password; now you use email/password with whatever email you used when you registered at my.barco.com and it should let you in. If not, contact Barco for a new login.
The whole layout is completely different and finding support files is super frustrating compared to my.barco.com. I don't recall the exact path to find a projector download but I assure you it's possible to get there. There's a page where you search for the model number and then select "drivers and firmware" tab (close, at least).

If you're having trouble finding files, contact Barco support and they will send you a link to what you need. You can, generally, find support files on the support website: it is not as easy as before and some legacy product files (that were on my.barco.com) are not there.
