All of the panels are in place. Not sure why I am getting this error. Closed the service door with dcc software but this error persists. Content plays back fine. What could be causing this?

Just look it up on the error code list and see what it is. If you don't have that list call Strong and ask for it. Also, check to be sure the dinky likely microswitches are not broken.

I looked on the error list and a 177 is a door tamper... So for sure check the micro switches.
