when I was use projector preset buton for 3D or 2D 3D LCD moving to true position
but When use projector 3D cue in show manager 3D LCD never move

How can I fix this problem ?

which means the unit is expecting the projector to trigger the GPO to move the z-screen.
I am not familiar on how NEC handle the GPOs but I would recommend using the "sync pulse" automation. The unit will sense when the framerate is a 3D one (configurable) and move the unit accordingly.
