Hi,
You don't need to install it. Extract it, and then modify "smi.properties" file with notepad, etc. to mach your TMS IP configuration.
In this file remove hashtag (#) from "locator.serverip", enter IP address of your DSS TMS server.
also put the hashtag before #locator.serverName .
