Hi All,

Last month there were problem with our DSS100 server where DSS showing connecting to DSP. However it keep counting to connecting and leave the external monitor shown connecting for a whole day. However the show still can be play only the automation cues are not detecting. After checking the network cables is OK, then we do unconfig then config again. Problem solved.

Problem now we cant extract out any audit logs from the server as when we done select the dates then it came out with message "No Audit Log To Extract Out from the server for present dates"

Can anyone help?
