I'm looking to buy a meter for calibrating our cinema projector.

Someone suggested the Konica LS100 but i believe it does only luminance…how about color, gamma...

Is the expenditure justified for calibrating "our cinema projector"? A normal cinema shouldn't need calibration more than annually or maybe semiannualy, and is usually done by a cinema service tech - who needs to have a color meter.
There are a range of color meters available. The Specbos is a very nice one but also rather expensive. Many techs use the much more economical USL PCA100 that does the luminance and color measurement OK - but is admittedly not as accurate or flexible as the high end units.
How accurate do you need? Is this a studio timing room or a public cinema?
What do you need gamma measurement for? This is not usually an adjustment done individually in cinema use. The projectors have preset gamma files for standard color spaces.

The USL is as accurate as its calibration. I have done a shoot out with it and our PR-655. They will both get you readings within their calibration specifications. And both will satisfy DCI requirements. The USL is a radiospectrometer unlike some other units...which should tend to allow it to be more accurate than others.
