hi all I have a CP850 when I start to system

dolby give us a message " URGENT Power cycle this cp 850 before proceding... "

how can I do

And in the case you don't know what power cycling means:

- Press the power button (the first button on the right on the front of the device) until it turns off.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Press that same button again to turn it back on.

If that somehow fails, pull the plug(s)* on the back of the device and put them back in a few seconds later.

If that also fails, call your local Ghost Busting company or maybe Uri Geller can help.

* Seemingly, Dolby sells dual PSUs for the CP-850 as an upgrade, because the device itself wasn't already expensive enough.
