Is there a way to change the auto Power on a Solaria One?

The manual says it will power on from the Standby Power about a half an hour before a scheduled event. Ours is more like 45mins. As the rest of the rack isn't on, this seems to be causing some handshake problems. I'd ideally like to set it to 15mins or override it all together. Is this possible?
