Hi everybody,

As you known the log file of server only check by GDC persional,
Everytime I have to send it to GDC support, it very lost time.
Everyone help me. How can do check it ?

You can't. It is encrypted. You can't even get to where they are stored without a root level access.

I know, i can check log on server (Login as root), but I don't know how can check it ?

It isn't so much of "it" as "them" There isn't just the one big log file.

Logs are not designed with easy user formats. They are whatever the programmer thought was important to have and pretty much raw things. That said, one can get used to reading them...particularly if you know what you are looking for on a particular server.

Using a reader that displays them sensibly is important. Windows Notepad is horrible. The freeware "Notepad++" is excellent.

Yeah, Notepad ++ is definitely a good tool to have. Getting the xmltools plugin can be handy if the file you are looking at doesn't wrap the way you would expect of an XML file.

I'm finding out how extract files logs without having to check directly on the server.

The freeware "Notepad++" is excellent.
