Does anyone have the official convergence tool kit for Series 1 Barco's and could take a picture of it? I have tried putting my own tools together to do it but have had a hard time reaching everything. Any tips for convergence on the 'old system' series 1's?

The primary tools are the Loooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg allen wrenches. They are over 1-foot long. Ours are "home made" in that they were close "English" sizes to get the long versions in the US...then filed to fit the metric allens. Lastly heat shrink was placed over the shank to keep them from shorting anything.

The rest of the "tools" are suitable metric allens for loosening/tightening the boards. Red is easy to get to...green tends to have stuff in the way and requires the right length L keys to get to all four. The added joy is doing this all powered up!

Did Barco make a retrofit kit with the cable extenders for the older machines?

Not to the best of my knowledge. Via the service manual, it indicates that there series 1s with the flex shafts but I have not heard any mention of a retrofit. I'm sure if one existed, it would require precise torque specifications to get the right amount of "slippage" for the adjusters to work with.
