Almost all movies break the caption files into reels, the same as picture and sound. However, the movie Gallows puts the captions for the entire movie in one file. This file was larger than the buffer in the USL IRC-28C. The system saw this as an incomplete file load and kept retrying before giving up. A firmware update to deal with this issue is now available at http://ftp.uslinc.com/?dir=ftp/Products/IRC-28/Software/Firmware/beta . Use the 150711 version. I've tried this in a local theater running this movie, and I believe it solves the issue. Let me know if there are any further issues.
