I changed the lens but it give us IMB tamber error code 586

You'll never get user/passwords here. You should try the manufacturer, your local tech or discuss it privately with someone that you know can help you.

Well... there are a couple passwords that should be given out that are needed to complete owner-operator type projector tasks such as changing lamps, etc. If you call Wrong they will give them out.

Note the country of origin...probably Strong isn't his best bet.

As far as I know, the NEC re-marriage passwords are different between USA and Europe. And maybe different from other parts of the world as well.

Right, I had it as well when I changed a lens on an NC900.

Well, you also need the service password to reset the lamp hours after the lamp(s) are changed. Even if you call NEC support they will give it to you.

Marriage passwords far as I know are the same in Europe as in the USA. Just different for each manufacturer.

The USA marriage password did not work on a european NC900. The european version worked.
