Does any digital server has this function,Dolby/Gdc/etc?
For example,in the server,there are 3 DCP packages,A B and C
Can I use TCP/IP or Serial commands to specify which film I want to play?

Are you after ANY kind of remote option (e.g. also GPIO), or does it absolutely have to be TCP or RS232?

I don't know any server capable of sending a string 'choose CPL xyz and play'. It would only work through a playlist containing that CPL, which has to be prepared beforehand. These servers are not Jukebox players.

I think Doremi/Dolby has a production variant of their players, DC-Post, which may be able to support a jukebox mode.

Since a TMS can call and execute playlists freely, the Doremi server API definitely has the ability to do it.
Dolby/Doremi will provide the API to clients who have a valid reason to want it and will sign an NDA. It is not a public document.
You could also use wireshark or similar and figure out much of the command structure if you have a TMS...
Making an application that will do it is your main problem, of course.
