i have received error message on projector screen Error 5646 - set lamp on failed so what will be the solution guide me please.

It all depends on how the error occurred. The error merely means that it believed that it was told to turn the lamp on but it couldn't for ANY reason. It could be a "double-hit" on the lamp button and while it was turning the lamp on, it interpreted that you then wanted to turn the lamp off too so it didn't complete the lamp on cycle and thus threw up the error.

It could be a bad SPG (igniter) or more likely a bad lamp. It could even be a bad LPS (check its status LEDs.)

But for whatever reason, it was requested to light the lamp but it couldn't.

Sometimes this comes up for no good reason, as Steve says. Recent software versions don't do it much if at all in my experience.
If the lamp is on, just ignore it. If the lamp is off - it really failed to start - the likeliest cause is a lamp getting hard to strike. If the lamp should have lots of hours left and it gets annoying, ie shows starting with the lamp off, replace the lamp. If there are no more problems, make a warranty claim for the hard starting lamp.
If it still has problems, make sure you have current software and if so, you may have an SPG going bad. Check all the lamp power wiring - LPS DC terminals, the DC connections to the SPG and projector end of the cathode cable plug, and the internal lamphouse wiring.

Similar happenings in the NEC stuff but it just says "Lamp Unlit". This can also happen if you have a bad igniter, but not if the LVPS is bad. There is another error it will throw.
