I'm using a QSC DCM model 10D.. help requested as I am just learning...
(1) How can I ADD NEW JBL SPEAKERS surrounds 8330 + 8340 and other JBL models not listed on the QSC Inventory List.
(2) The DCM has developed a FAULT but pressing & holding the AMP/PROCESSOR button doesn't ID the location of the Fault. Nor can find the FAULT using the QSC DCM SETUP PROGRAM.
(3) QSC DCM SETUP PROGRAM will NOT work on Windows 10. Working on trusty WINDOWS XP. No new up dates from QSC?

I haven't got the DCM manager software with me right now but there is a way to add a speaker. That being said, it only accounts for the impedance so any speaker with the same impedance will work fine. Kind of remember there was an item in the menu where you could create your own custom library.

While I am not too familiar - operationally speaking - with the 10/20/30 series, the FAULT LED was a known issue with the previous series. The monitor would report an impedance fault when playing low level material. Not sure whether that has been improved with the latest series

The software definitely works with Windows 7 - sounds strange to me that it does not work with Windows 10 to be honest. Maybe drivers were not installed because not signed?

To disable the check, do the following (this is from the internet). I recommend you uninstall the software first, then enable the unsigned drivers, then reinstall:

Alternative way for Windows 8.1 and Windows 10:
In Windows go to PC settings (you can search for it in Start).
Click on “Update & recovery” on the left side.
Click on “Recovery” on the left side.
Click “Restart Now” button under Advanced startup.
Select Troubleshoot ->Advanced setup -> Startup Settings and press Restart
Press 7 number key corresponding to “Disable driver signature enforcement” entry.
Install drivers. After you restart your system again you won’t be able to install unsigned drivers until you repeat the steps 1-6.
