Can anyone direct me to, or send me a list of DOLBY LIST OF APPROVED DRIVES?

Dolby publishes a list...it is available from the Dolby Customer site if you have sufficient access rights to gain access to the DSS manuals and such. It is towards the bottom of the list be appropriately labeled.
