The other night I was cleaning up my TCC and deleted a couple trailers I still want. Unfortunately when I try to reingest off the hard drive they won't transfer. When I open the drive it shows the content as available, so I check it and click ingest. After a few seconds it acts like it's ingesting but quickly finishes and the content is not ingested.

When I look at the content and filter for Deleted on LMS, the content still shows up there.

What do I need to do to be able to ingest the content again?

Do a system reboot - been there and done that.

Item gets hung up like this in the memory and a full reboot clears this out of that memory.

Unfortunately rebooting didn't solve the problem. I have rebooted 4-5 times with no luck.

Can you USB copy, using a boot sled, the desired content to each projector's individual server?

.. might have to build the SPL at the server instead of the TMS, but the content is still available..

Under the Deleted or To Be Deleted...do you see the tick box next to the title (on the far left) like if you were deleting form the normal content page? If it is there, select that content and you'll see a delete button at the upper right appear. That should actually delete it out of the database.

Unfortunately NONE of the items listed in the Deleted section have check boxes. Any other way to purge them?

1. Warm Boot
2. Cold Boot

If you are truly stumped, open a ticket with Hollywood Software and ask them to assist.
